This is the owner surrender form for Angie’s Stray Foundation (herein referred to as ASF). ASF is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded to rescue stray and neglected cats and dogs in the Oxford PA area. We are foster based and provide vet care, temporary foster placement and adoption for discarded or abused animals.
